Gameplay Rules
6.1 Game Integrity. 10.4 Third-Party Services. cc6c9 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of third-party service providers including game providers, payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers. Termination & Account Closure

Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered withdrawal method after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended.
12.2 Regulatory Oversight. cc6c9 operates under the jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Amendments to These Terms
13.1 Right to Amend. cc6c9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be required to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, Platform features, or payment methods.
13.2 Notice of Changes.
